Mindful Painting: A Meditative Journey Back to Center
An Immersive Mindful Mandala Painting Experience hosted by PEACE Circle Studio & Hagerstown Holistic Wellness. An opportunity to Slow Down, Breathe Deeply, and Allow the Art to become the Meditation. Painting not for perfection but for Inner PEACE. An experience for inviting equanimity, balance, and calm.
Includes Guided Grounding Breathwork, Guided Meditation, and a Meditative Painting Experience. We will explore how mindfulness and creativity can become a path to clarity and centeredness.
No art skills needed - only openness and curiosity.

Sound Bath - TBD
Relax and renew with an immersion of healing sound. Enjoy a meditative sound bath journey with crystal singing bowls, drumming, Native American flute, intuitive singing, and/or other beautiful sound healing instruments. A sound bath is like a vibrational massage for the body, mind, and spirit.

What To Bring:
-Yourself, as you are.
-There are some yoga mats and blankets in the space available for use, but feel free to bring whatever would make you feel comfortable as we relax and receive sound healing. An eye mask, pillow, extra blanket, etc.
-Water
-Journal and pen, if you'd like.
-Consider bringing an item you would like charged with your intentions and healing energy from the evening. This can also be an offering to give back to the Earth (a few examples: a flower, bowl of water, crystal).
